Job fulfillment is strongly affected by your social interactions in the workplace. After all, you probably spend more time with your colleagues than your own family! passion, commitment, and connectedness are the component of loving your work. Hard time with the connections at the moment but still so important! Organise calls with your work mate, Friday drinks, ask if you can help, pick up the phone and speak to each others. Do not underestimate the power of human connections.

Rachel Brooks, Junior Account Manager

I enjoy the creative and entrepreneurial nature of work in a PR agency, operating across a number of different luxury & lifestyle accounts where no two days are the same. As a team we love the challenge of providing tailor-made solutions to the unique needs and circumstances of the client. Communicating and collaborating with the media is our bread and butter, and particularly during the CV-19 lockdown, we’ve had a great time creating virtual events and connecting press with our clients across the globe.

I love the story building and communication aspect of my job, the way you can use language to push a brands agenda forward and the relationships you build with clients and journalists along the way. I love being able to work across such fantastic brands, using my bilingual skills to communicate with clients and media. I also enjoy the 360 approach to PR and the agency’s strategy which entwines social media, traditional PR and data handling by pushing consumers to a brand’s website in a multilateral and intriguing way.
