The Clementine Communications Team Tried Le Chocolat des Francais x Sushi Shop

Sushi and chocolate may seem like a surprising pairing…until one dives into the new, limited Sushi Shop selection. Having tried the novelties created by the Sushi Shop in collaboration with Le Chocolat des Francais, we realised that the exciting pair is an impeccable match. 

Sushi Shop have partnered with Le Chocolat des Francais to create a unique gourmet experience. Within the frames of their collaboration, the sushi expert and the chocolate creator launched a limited edition 42-piece box together. No doubt, the stars of the selection are the three exclusives developed for the collaboration: the French Tulip, the Ketsuobushi Roll and the Festive California. The French Tulip embodies the collaboration between the sushi maker and chocolate specialist: with each bite, the flame seared foie gras unexpectedly harmonises with cocao nibs. The Ketsuobushi Roll combines tuna and avocado and is flavoured with teriyaki mayonnaise. Finally, the Festive California is crab meat rolled with avocado, distinguished by the added lobster oil mayonnaise.
