Objective

BBC Food Personality of the year 2014, Cyrus Todiwala OBE has been working with Clementine Communications for the past 20 years. Tasked with putting his restaurant, Café Spice Namasté firmly on the map as one of the best Indian restaurants in the UK and to position Cyrus as a much-loved authority on innovative Indian cuisine and hospitality, our main objective is to maintain awareness and reputation for this Asian institution.

Campaign Summary

We conducted a full celebrity engagement campaign, encouraging famous faces to dine at Café Spice Namasté to generate media coverage and social hype. To establish Cyrus as a household name, Clementine Communications developed and created the idea for a TV series which became a household hit, The Incredible Spice Men.

Thanks to regular press trips and tastings with carefully selected journalists, we were able to secure more than 100 pieces of coverage in wine and luxury lifestyle publications from around the globe in a year.
