Clementine Com were brought on to deliver a multi-platform, international PR consumer campaign that runs across print, digital, broadcast and social media with a global reach, educating audiences on the awards, and amplifying the competitions core identifiers: integrity, impartiality and reputation of Decanter.

Campaign Summary

Now in its 17th year, the Decanter World Wine Awards (DWWA) is the world’s largest and most influential wine competition. Judged by the top wine experts from around the globe, the DWWA is trusted internationally for its rigorous judging process, and Clementine Com were challenged to achieve significant consumer cut through in the national and international media. Clementine Com invited media to view the Judging Week process and profile the three Master of Wine Co-chairs, to generate press coverage both on the awards, and also seed engaging human-interest stories, which highlight the key winners with interesting angles to ensure positive media sell in.


Clementine Com executed a global campaign, generating coverage that reached 4 billion people across 12 different countries, including 21 pieces of National coverage and five broadcast features, including Saturday Kitchen and Talk Radio.
