This week we were lucky enough to head along to The Balcon to sample Caviar Sturia’s delicious wares, and it’s not an experience we’ll be forgetting any time soon!
Guests were greeted with a champagne reception at The Balcon, and encouraged to try the different varieties of caviar that Sturia offers. Everything was exquisitely presented and of the highest quality, making sure that the guests’ every need were seen to.
Laurent Dulau, CEO of Caviar Sturia, welcomed the intimate crowd to the evening and introduced us to each tasting. This personal touch is the true distinction of a luxury brand, and everyone present was very impressed with his know-how and the delicious samples on offer.
Guests then moved through to the private dining room at The Balcon where the table was set for a six course meal – each course designed to accompany or feature yet another serve of caviar. The menu was crafted by the skilled team at The Balcon.
Each piece looked like a piece of art, and tasted equally amazing.
And the best part? Everyone got to take a little piece of heaven home with them. Caviar Sturia goody bags awaited guests on the way out!
