La Cave du Château unveils new website

La Cave du Château, the fine wine boutique in Paris, has unveiled its new online shop.

Lockdown meant that La Cave du Château had to close the doors at 31 Avenue Franklin Roosevelt, but the sommeliers have been busier than ever, catering to both loyal customers and newcomers via telephone, email or the Shop’s e-commerce site.

This new website aims to offer the same level of support, expertise and advice to La Cave’s enthusiastic customers. With more than 3,000 wines now available on the site, the portfolio includes major grands crus classés to some more unusual wines coveted by connoisseurs, ranging from the most accessible to the most exclusive.

To further satisfy the curiosity of wine lovers, the site’s expanded content includes information on winemaking techniques, as well as advice and tips on food and wine pairings. The site has plans to include virtual tasting events and interviews with producers that will further enrich the passions of oenophiles and novices alike.

For the most loyal wine customers, private sales and special privileges will be available for purchasing en primeur wines.
