Le Clarence’s Christophe Pelé to Publish Cookbook

The world renowned Domaine Clarence Dillon, is to publish a cookbook from the resident chef at the its two-Michelin star restaurant, Le Clarence, Christophe Pelé. 

The book titled Christophe Pelé Le Clarence, will showcase some of the Chef’s finest cuisine, which highlights the best of French gastronomy. For the first time, you can recreate the ingenious creations of this highly-acclaimed chef, when it goes on sale on October 2nd, 2019 on Amazon

Cooking is like a story, an adventure, and the culinary signature of the double starred chef of Le Clarence is recounted in this beautiful book through a series of interviews between himself and the author, Chihiro Masui. Fifty recipes fill the book, alongside beautiful imagery to bring the dishes to life. Christophe Pele Le Clarence showcases the master of this new era of French gastronomy, whose dishes are laced within the history of some of the most beautiful wineries in France.
